Krisis

This immersive collaborative performance, set in The Macintosh Church in Glasgow's Queens Cross, was a site responsive work which brought together members from three different community choirs, for which I drew on Rene Girard's social theory on 'mimesis'. The performance was an immersive experience for the audience, who stood in the midst of the movement in order to question their own relationship to ‘the crowd’, and what it means to be caught up in the midst of that energy.
